CREAV ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY Last Updated: June 12, 2026
1. PROHIBITED CONTENT You may not upload, publish, or distribute content that: (a) Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights; (b) Contains unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material; (c) Misrepresents AI-generated content as authentic photography or videography; (d) Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (e) Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any person; (f) Depicts minors in any inappropriate context; (g) Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You may not: (a) Use the Platform to misrepresent your skills, experience, or portfolio; (b) Upload images you do not own or have permission to use; (c) Scrape or import content from other creators' websites without authorization; (d) Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications; (e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts; (f) Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' use of the Platform; (g) Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (h) Connect, operate, post to, or run advertising on any social, business, or advertising account you do not own or are not authorized to manage; (i) Operate a workspace or manage accounts on behalf of a third party (a "Brand") without that Brand's authorization, or after that authorization has ended; (j) Misrepresent your authority to act for any Brand, including by making a false point-of-connect attestation; (k) Publish content on a Brand's behalf without holding all necessary rights, licenses, and consents, or in violation of a connected platform's terms, advertising policies, or community standards.
2A. AGENCY & ON-BEHALF-OF USE If creavio enables your account for the Agency tier, your management of Brands and their connected accounts is additionally governed by the Acceptable Use rules in §2(h)–(k) above and by the Agency Services Addendum (creav.io/legal/agency-terms). You are the publisher of, and responsible for, all content you create or publish on any Brand's behalf, and you must maintain authorization from each Brand for the entire period you operate its workspace or accounts.
3. CONTENT AUTHENTICITY (a) Portfolio images should accurately represent your work and capabilities. (b) AI-generated images must be clearly labeled per the AI Content Policy. (c) Stock photos, sample images, or other non-original content must not be presented as your own work. (d) Composite or heavily manipulated images should be appropriately identified. (e) AI-generated content used in client deliverables (galleries, portfolios presented to prospective clients) must not be represented as original photography or video captured by a human photographer. Such misrepresentation may constitute fraud and is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
4. ENFORCEMENT Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at creavio's sole discretion. creavio is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action for severe violations.
