This page lists the privacy controls available to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and GDPR. creavio uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for product analytics and may use GA4 data to inform advertising. Anyone can opt out of non-essential cookies below, at any time.
creavio does not sell personal information. GA4 receives online identifiers such as cookie IDs and device information, and GA4 data may be used to inform advertising, so under California law that may be "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of that sharing here: choose "Opt out of non-essential cookies" below, which turns off GA4 in this browser on this site. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as an opt-out of sale and sharing, and GA4 does not run. creavio does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
A creator may add their own analytics or advertising tags to their site, or retargeting pixels to a short link they create. The creator controls those tags and is responsible for consent on their site. The Cookie Policy explains this.
California law gives you the right to limit how a business uses and discloses your sensitive personal information, such as your account log-in and password, when the business uses it for purposes other than the ones the law allows. creavio uses and discloses sensitive personal information only for the purposes listed in 11 CCR 7027(m), such as providing the service you asked for, keeping accounts secure, and preventing fraud. For that reason, the right to limit does not apply, and there is no separate request to make here. Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy lists the sensitive personal information creavio handles. If creavio ever uses it for another purpose, we will add a way to limit that use on this page first.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. The fastest path is:
We respond to verified requests within 30 days (CCPA/CPRA) and without undue delay (GDPR, typically within 30 days).
Every marketing email from creavio includes an unsubscribe link. You can also set the preference in Settings → Notifications. Transactional email (receipts, security alerts) cannot be disabled while your account is active.
