Website Analytics
Understand your website traffic, visitor behavior, and which pages perform best.
Knowing who visits your site, where they come from, and what they do helps you make smarter decisions about your photography business. creavio includes built-in analytics so you can track performance without third-party tools.
Dashboard Overview
Navigate to Website → Analytics to see your dashboard. The top-level metrics include:
- Visitors — unique people who visited your site in the selected time period
- Page views — total pages loaded across all visitors
- Bounce rate — percentage of visitors who left after viewing only one page
- Average time on site — how long visitors spend browsing your pages
Traffic Sources
The traffic sources breakdown shows where your visitors come from:
- Organic search — visitors who found you through Google or Bing
- Direct — visitors who typed your URL or used a bookmark
- Social — visitors from Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or other platforms
- Referral — visitors from other websites that link to yours
If you're investing time in Instagram, check whether social traffic is actually converting. Many photographers find that organic search drives more inquiries than social media.
Top Pages
See which pages get the most traffic. Your homepage typically leads, but look at which portfolio pages and blog posts perform well. Double down on what works — if your "Best Wedding Venues" blog post gets 500 views a month, write more venue content.
Geographic Data
See where your visitors are located by city and country. This helps you understand whether your SEO is reaching the right audience. If you're a Denver photographer but most traffic comes from other states, your local SEO needs work.
Connecting Google Analytics
For deeper analysis, connect your Google Analytics 4 property under Website → Settings → Integrations. Paste your GA4 measurement ID and creavio adds the tracking script to every page. This gives you access to Google's full reporting suite alongside creavio's built-in dashboard.
