Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts let you navigate creavio faster and perform common actions without reaching for your mouse. Learn a few key combinations and you'll move through your workflow significantly faster.

Opening the Shortcut Reference

Press ? (question mark) from anywhere in the app to open the keyboard shortcut overlay. This shows all available shortcuts for your current page.

Global Navigation

• Cmd + K — open the Command Palette (search anything)
• G then D — go to Dashboard
• G then C — go to Clients
• G then I — go to Invoices
• G then B — go to Bookings
• G then M — go to Messages
• G then S — go to Social
• G then A — go to Analytics

The "G then" shortcuts work by pressing G, releasing it, then pressing the second key within 1 second.

Common Actions

• N — create new (context-aware: new client on Clients page, new invoice on Invoices page)
• Cmd + S — save current form or record
• Cmd + Enter — send message or submit form
• Escape — close modal, cancel current action, or dismiss overlay
• Cmd + / — toggle sidebar

List & Table Navigation

• J / K — move down / up through list items
• Enter — open the selected item
• X — select/deselect the current item (for bulk actions)
• Cmd + A — select all items on the current page

Gallery Shortcuts

• Arrow keys — navigate between images in lightbox view
• F — toggle fullscreen on the current image
• I — show/hide image info panel
• D — download the current image

Email Composer

• Cmd + Shift + T — insert a template
• Cmd + Shift + V — insert a variable
• Cmd + Enter — send the email

Customization

Keyboard shortcuts cannot be remapped at this time. On Windows, replace Cmd with Ctrl for all shortcuts. Shortcuts are disabled when you're typing in a text field to prevent accidental triggers.
