Client Segments

Group clients for targeted communication.

Segments let you group clients by shared criteria so you can send targeted emails, offers, or campaigns.

Creating a Segment

Go to Clients > Segments and click Create Segment. Use the visual builder to set conditions like:

  • Booking type equals "wedding"
  • Last booking was more than 6 months ago
  • Total spend is over $2,000
  • Tag includes "VIP"

Using Segments

Once created, segments automatically update as clients match or unmatch the criteria. Use them in email campaigns, automations, and marketing to reach the right people.
