Session Management

View your active sessions, see where you're logged in, and revoke access from devices.

Session management gives you full visibility into where your creavio account is currently logged in. If you lose a device or suspect unauthorized access, you can revoke sessions instantly.

Viewing Active Sessions

Go to Settings > Security > Active Sessions to see all devices and browsers currently signed into your account. Each session shows:

  • Device type — desktop, mobile, or tablet
  • Browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
  • Location — approximate location based on IP address
  • Last active — when the session was last used
  • Current session — highlighted so you know which one you're using right now

Revoking a Session

If you see a session you don't recognize or want to log out a device remotely:

  • Click the Revoke button next to the session
  • That device is logged out immediately
  • The user on that device will see a login screen on their next interaction

You can also click Revoke All Other Sessions to log out every device except the one you're currently using. This is recommended if you suspect your account has been compromised.

When to Review Sessions

Make it a habit to check your active sessions:

  • After traveling and using shared or public computers
  • If you receive an unexpected "new login" email notification
  • After changing your password
  • Periodically as part of your security routine

Session Expiration

Sessions expire automatically after 30 days of inactivity. If you check "Remember me" during login, the session stays active for 30 days from your last visit. Without it, sessions expire when you close the browser.

Notifications

creavio sends an email notification whenever a new session is created from an unrecognized device or location. If you didn't initiate the login, revoke that session immediately and change your password.
