Notifications
Control which notifications you receive and how.
Manage how and when creavio notifies you about important events.
Notification Preferences
Go to Settings > Notifications to configure notifications for 7 event types:
- New booking created
- Invoice paid
- Contract signed
- New client added
- Gallery viewed
- Form submitted
- Review received
Channels
For each event, choose which channels to receive notifications on:
- In-App — Bell icon notifications in your dashboard
- Email — Sent to your account email
- SMS — Text message to your phone (requires Telnyx setup)
Notification Center
Click the bell icon in the top bar to see recent notifications. Mark individual items as read, or click "Mark all read" to clear the badge.
