Integrations

Connect Stripe, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other services to your creavio account.

creavio connects with the tools you already use so everything works together seamlessly. Manage all your integrations from Settings > Integrations.

Available Integrations

  • Stripe — accept payments, send invoices, and track revenue. Required for all commerce features.
  • Google — sync your Google Calendar for scheduling, connect Gmail for email campaigns, and link Google Analytics for website tracking.
  • Instagram — publish posts, stories, and reels. Pull in engagement data for analytics.
  • Facebook — manage your Page, publish content, and run ads.
  • TikTok — schedule and publish TikTok videos directly from creavio.
  • Zoom — create meeting links automatically when clients book sessions.

Connecting a Service

Click Connect next to any integration. You'll be redirected to the service's authorization page where you grant creavio permission. Once authorized, the integration appears as Connected with a green indicator.

creavio requests only the minimum permissions needed. You can review exactly what access each integration has by clicking the Details button.

Disconnecting

To disconnect a service, click the integration card and select Disconnect. This revokes creavio's access immediately. Any scheduled posts for that platform will be paused, and you'll see a warning before confirming.

Troubleshooting

  • Integration shows "Expired" — some services require re-authentication periodically. Click Reconnect to refresh the token.
  • Posts failing to publish — check that the connected account still has publishing permissions. Instagram Business or Creator accounts are required.
  • Stripe not syncing — ensure your Stripe account has completed onboarding and identity verification.

Data & Privacy

creavio never stores your third-party passwords. All connections use OAuth 2.0, meaning you authenticate directly with the service and creavio receives a secure token. You can revoke access from either creavio or the service's own settings.
